Do I need ID?

Yes. As we are an over 18 facility you are required to have government-issued picture ID to be in the building. Also, if you win a prize to be paid out by cheque we require a government-issued picture ID.

What time should I arrive for Bingo?

Plan to arrive about 20-30 minutes earlier than the scheduled Bingo Session. This will give you plenty of time to buy your cards, find a seat and get ready for some fun!

What do I need to bring to Bingo for my first time?

Please remember to arrive about 20-30 minutes prior to Bingo session start time. All players should carry ID to show proof of age as you do have to be 18 years or older to play bingo. We have bingo daubers on site to purchase as well as food and beverages.

What is the difference between a book and a special?

A book is a booklet of pages designated for a set number of games with the same payout for all games. A special is an extra card for games not part of the booklet with prizes specific for that game including any progressive pot prizes.

What is a Progressive Pot prize?

A progressive pot prize is a prize associated with a special. If the game is won under specific circumstances a jackpot bonus prize will be paid out to the winner. A win of this nature requires a government-issued picture ID.

Do I need to bring a Bingo Dauber?

We have a variety of Bingo Daubers on site for purchase.

Can I share my cards?

All purchases made by a player are for the player. You cannot share cards.

What do I do when I get the pattern required on a card?

Yell “BINGO” loud enough for the caller to hear and hold your card up until a volunteer gets to you. The caller will stop the game and the volunteer will then verify your winning card with the caller and you will be paid the prize according to the game.

How do I play bingo?

You have the choice to play paper bingo or digital bingo. Both ways are fun! Playing paper bingo, you will need to use a dauber to mark off your cards. For digital bingo, the Gecko plays for you, notifying you when a bingo is won, you will still need to yell “BINGO”.

Is there a difference for digital bingo versus paper bingo?

No, it will cost you the same to play either. Digital bingo requires a minimum $12 regular game buy in.

How many cards can you play?

Playing digital bingo, you can play up to 99 faces per game. On paper you can play as many cards as you can manually dab.

How long does it take to play?

A bingo session generally lasts 4 hours with a short intermission between games.

Are the prices the same every day?

Yes, although there are a variety of special offered each day of the week, including half price Regular booklets on Wednesdays and half price Regular, Gold and Combo booklets for Seniors on Thursdays.

Is there food available at Winners Bingo?

We have a concession which provides a wide variety of freshly prepared entrees, as well as drinks, snacks and popcorn. Winners Bingo is also licensed to serve alcoholic beverages, available at the concession.

Is the hall wheelchair accessible and do we have handicap parking?

Yes, our location is fully accessible.

Are children welcome?

No. You must be 18 years or older to enter and play.

Do you take credit cards, debit cards or cheques?

We do not accept credit cards, debit cards or cheques for gaming products. We do however have an ATM and debit can be used for food purchases at the concession.
